Meet Our Staff

Brian Weisel

Director of the Lean Department, SRHC’s Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt
Brian Weisel is Master Process Excellence Practitioner with over 40 years of experience in leading complex initiatives related to process redesign and re-engineering, data analysis, competitive strategy, operations improvement, and management consulting. He is a Certified Lean Master, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and Lean Six Sigma instructor with experience working nationally and internationally in the energy, healthcare, IT, telecommunications, aerospace, government, and manufacturing industries. He is a former USAF B-1B and B-52G/H combat flight instructor with 4,706 flight hours. Brian has an undergraduate degree from Arizona State University (BA, History) and graduate degrees from Louisiana Tech University (MA Counseling), Auburn University (MPS, Political Science), and Wichita State University (MPA, Public Administration). Brian is also a graduate of Air University’s Air Command and Staff College and Air War College. Finally, Brian is a graduate of National Defense University (National Security Management).

Toni Schlabach

Lean Registrar
Toni Schlabach has extensive experience in manufacturing, healthcare quality improvement, and Lean Six Sigma processes. Toni has worked as an Accounts Payable clerk, Materials Management/Inventory and Inventory Analyst. She has experience as a Healthcare Quality Improvement Data Analyst and Lean Department Registrar. Toni is a professional responsible for maintaining student records in the Kaizen Promotion Office (KPO). Her duties include:

  • Organizing and Administering Student Records: Toni manages academic information, including class enrollment, schedules, and grades.
  • Overseeing Admissions and Graduation: Toni handles student admissions and graduation processes. Toni also works to ensure records are updated with new grades, attendance, and financial information
  • Data Entry and Software Training: Toni enters detailed student data into computer systems and train staff on records administration software. Toni is also the KPO’s interface with the Organizational Development Department.
  • Confidentiality, Security, and Collaboration: Keeping student information confidential and secure is crucial. Toni works with various departments to ensure projects get done correctly and timely.

In summary, Toni plays a vital role in maintaining accurate academic records and facilitating communication within educational institutions.
